It’s Black Friday today (just in case you haven’t been bombarded with advertisements for the past week or two).
Today I’m sharing a curated roundup of travel deals and travel-friendly items on sale this weekend from retailers all over the web. When possible, I try to link to products that are responsibly-made.
I will add a disclaimer, though – if purchasing these items won’t add much value to your life, or if their cost would prevent you from caring for your home and health (and yes, the ability to travel), please don’t purchase them. Sometimes it’s better to miss the sale and pay a little more later, especially during this costly time of year. But if you’re already considering purchasing something, now may be a great time to do so (and be sure to check back throughout the weekend as this page gets updated)! Here are some deals around the web that caught my eye:

Airlines
Norwegian Airlines is offering a discount of 15% on select economy flights and 10% on select premium fares with code BLACKFRIDAY19, now through December 2. We’ve flown this low-cost carrier to Europe on several occasions, and while it lacks in amenities, the price can’t be beat! At the time of posting, round-trip flights from New York to Paris start at just $265.
Frontier Airlines is offering flights for 90% off with code SAVEBIG. Dates and routes are limited, but one of these sales was how we managed to fly to Louisiana for the day for less than $30.
Qatar Airways is holding a Black Fly-day Sale where travelers can save $150 on economy tickets and $300 on business class tickets. Book by December 1 for flights that occur between January 11 and May 19, 2020.

Hotels
Getaway is ready to help you save on stays in nature this year and next, by offering you a discount of $35 in 2019 (code UNPLUG35) and $25 in 2020 (code UNPLUG25).
Kimpton is discounting stays through May 2020 by up to 30% – and making a donation of $5 per night to their charitable partners.

CALPAK
CALPAK is offering 15% off sitewide with code THANKS15 – which is perfect because everything the retailer sells is travel-ready!

With code GIFTWELL, shoppers can save 30% off marked items at Madewell. The clothing retailer offers plenty of travel-friendly items, like their famous leather bags and accessories. Better still, the 30% off applies to already marked-down styles.

Need Supply is holding a sitewide Cyber Weekend sale, and almost everything is 20% off. There are a few brand exclusions, but there are also a few great finds deep in the sale section with the extra discount. Prices as marked, so no need to do math with a turkey hangover!

Photo-printing service mpix is holding a Black Friday sale only on November 29, with discounts on many photo prints and gifts. We’ve tried printing our vacation photos with several different online services, and mpix photos always outshone the rest.
This week only, Public Goods is holding an “open house” event, where everyone can shop their entire line without paying an annual membership fee. Now’s a great time to try out some of their travel-friendly products like the travel set, solid shampoo bar, or the waste less kit. Shipping is free on orders over $45.
Summersalt is giving customers $10 toward their order and a free gift with code CHEERS. Is there a better time to give their travelwear collection a try?
